
Examples of Tracked Items would be Oxygen Concentrators, Hospital Beds and other expensive items. While you will have one Item ID for each of these Items, you will have many tracked Items representing the several different Serial Numbers, or Tracking Numbers you have of each Item.
| Service Schedule | Printing the service schedule report and forms will only work if the Tracking Numbers module is kept up to date. This feature can be very useful and can save a tremendous amount of time, but the initial setup and upkeep must be done. There are two fields in the Tracking Number Maintenance Card to fill out – the Last Service field and the Next Service field.

| Location By Item | Report shows a listing of tracked items, grouped by inventory items. |
