HCPCS Procedure Edit, HCPCS/Modifier Approved

This is where you see and can add approved HCPCS modifier combinations that are not in TeamDME.

To add a new combination, click on the + and then type in Modifier 1, Modifier 2, Modifier 3 and Modifier 4 as needed. The combination all goes on 1 line.
