Customer

Customer List Prints a simplified list of customers.
Customer Report Prints a detailed list of customers, including insurance payors, diagnosis codes, and etc.
Customer Visit Report Prints a customers grouped by location and showing the visit date that is entered in the customer’s card.
Customer Last Activity Prints customers whose last activity (Invoice) was between a selected date range.

TIP: Inactivity means different things to different customers, so we’ll explain how the report works, and let you fit the report to your definition. For example, if you define Inactivity as a customer who has had no claim in 90 days, you may want to print a report monthly of newly inactive customers. So, if the date is 7/1, we will print the Inactivity Report for customer whose last activity was 3/1 (date minus 120 days) to 3/31 (date minus 90 days). Next month, we will use 4/1 to 4/30 as our dates.

Note: Inactive Customer has the following 3 characteristics.
1. Start-Of-Care must be prior to the Ending date.
2. Customers must not have a open Quote, Order (POS, Medical, Distributor or Recurring).
3. Date of the last Invoice/Claim must be between the selected date range.

Chart Labels Prints labels which can be affixed on to the customer’s chart.
Tracked Item Location Prints Tracked Items, grouped by the customer who has the item.
