
| Customer List | Prints a simplified list of customers. |
| Customer Report | Prints a detailed list of customers, including insurance payors, diagnosis codes, and etc. |
| Customer Visit Report | Prints a customers grouped by location and showing the visit date that is entered in the customer’s card. |
| Customer Last Activity | Prints customers whose last activity (Invoice) was between a selected date range.
TIP: Inactivity means different things to different customers, so we’ll explain how the report works, and let you fit the report to your definition. For example, if you define Inactivity as a customer who has had no claim in 90 days, you may want to print a report monthly of newly inactive customers. So, if the date is 7/1, we will print the Inactivity Report for customer whose last activity was 3/1 (date minus 120 days) to 3/31 (date minus 90 days). Next month, we will use 4/1 to 4/30 as our dates. Note: Inactive Customer has the following 3 characteristics. |
| Chart Labels | Prints labels which can be affixed on to the customer’s chart. |
