Customer Edit, Diagnosis

Patient Diagnosis

ICD-10 Code The diagnosis code of the patient.
List Order The primary order of diagnosis in customer chart.TIP: The first qualifying diagnosis will normally be pulled into new orders.

Infectious Disease

Airborne imgdiseasemask.gif Indicates patient has an infectious disease that is airborne contagious.
Contact imgdiseaseglove.gif Indicates patient has an infectious disease that is contact contagious.
Droplet imgdiseaseblood.gif Indicates patient has an infectious disease that is blood contagious.

Note: The images will print on the delivery ticket if the boxes have been checked.

Employment If the patient’s condition is related to his/her employment, then you will need to check this box.
Auto Accident If the patient’s condition is related to an automobile accident, then you will need to check this box.
Other Accident If the patient’s condition is related to any other accident, then you will need to check this box.
State The state where the patient had an auto accident if their condition is related to an auto accident.
Date The date the accident occurred.
(Do Not Resuscitate) imgrightsdnr.png Indicates patient has chosen not to be resuscitated in the event they are incapacitated.

The images will print on the delivery ticket if the boxes have been checked.
