Customer Edit, Physician

Physician	The physician who is treating the customer. TIP: You can add as many physicians as needed, but when adding a new order, the system will pull the first physician as the default physician.
Last Seen	The last date the customer was seen by the physician.
List Order	Choose the order in which you want the physicians.
Therapist	The therapist the customer is being treated by.
Referral	The person or organization who referred the customer.
