Webinar: Filters, not just for coffee anymore…

February 23, 2013 by teamadmin41 Leave a Comment

Cart0876Coffee filters work by removing the stuff you don’t want in your coffee cup; as the water drips over coffee grounds, the filter allows the coffee through, but removes the unwanted stuff; like the grounds, sticks and the bits of columbian dirt that gives it that extra zing.

Filters inside of TeamDME! XL work the same way. As the bits drip to lists and reports, filters remove what you don’t want and allow you to focus on just the information you need. It can be something you need once, like a mailing list of all customers in zip 90210 where we’re opening a new store this week.

Or it can be something you need every month and you will save the filter for the next time. The greatest part is that you create filters in plain English.

In this Webinar, we will show you how to filter for four situations:
– You want print out mailing labels for all your diabetic customers, or maybe diabetic customers that have Medicare.
– You are in charge of the AR for some customers, specified by Salesperson or Reimbursement Specialist, and you want an Aged AR Report for your customers to save time and paper.
– You need to know which customers have concentrators that need their 6 month service and print a service ticket for those concentrators.
– You want to see how much revenue you have in all your wheelchairs, (standard, lightweight, rental, sale, etc) for a given period of time.

This is a small sample of what you can do with the filters but it will give you the understanding of how to begin getting views and reports with only the information you want.

As a special treat, we’ll have Franci Ferguson from the Marketing team give this presentation from the Billing Specialist point-of-view. Franci has 25 years of HME Industry experience with the last 11 at TeamDME!. She is a veteran of numerous Medicare audits and accreditation surveys – and has lived to tell the tale!

This presentation will last approximately 30 minutes with Q&A following (Total time 52 mins).
