Did you know Patient Eligibility is the single most requested feature from our users? Of course, we already allow you to check PE from Medicare in real-time, and our clients love using this feature. It’s a one-click solution, and it puts the information in an easy-to-read form. It also saves the data in the Comments section, so you can review it later if necessary.

But you tell us you also want to check eligibility for Medicaid and Commercial payors in a similar way. Well, now we can. How many Medicaids? Fifty+. How many commercial payors? A bunch.

Our customers also asked for the ability to Batch Eligibility Requests in a similar way. Well, now we can. Simply click on “Patient Eligibility Batch” to get PE for all Medical Orders, Recurring Orders or Claims. The system requests the batch and downloads the results the next day. It stores them in the Customer Policy, Notes like any other PE Request. It also creates a Task if anything unusual is found; Patient was in SNF or Hospital during your DOS, Patient has enrolled in an HMO, etc., to allow you to review and approve them.

During this presentation, we will show you how easy it is to do Patient Eligibility for Medicare Real-Time, Medicare Batch, Medicaid and Commercial Payors.

This presentation by Rick Long will last approximately 50 minutes with Q&A following (Total time 65 mins).
