Cart0876Are you feeling a lack of energy? Do you feel exhausted at the end of a day’s work? Are you ready to play when 5 o’clock comes along, or are you ready for a nap? If you answered, “Nap”, some might suggest drugs or herbal remedy or even… gasp… exercise. But since TeamDME! is the answer to everything, perhaps you are simply working too hard!

Does it seem like entering/applying Deposits is hard? Are you manually writing off balances for hardship cases? Don’t you wish there was an automated way to do this to save time and avoid mistakes? Your wish is granted.

We’ve been focusing our last few Webinars on the Payment process including entering Payments, Payment-on-Account, Payment-in-Full, Adjustment-in-Full, Payment by ERA. So this will complete the Payment process.

This Webinar will show how to process Deposits:
– How to enter a Deposit
– How to apply a Deposit to an Invoice when service has been provided.

This Webinar will also show you how to set up automatic hardship write-offs including:
– Printing the hardship form
– Payor setup – Customer setup
– Order/Claim setup

And then we’ll see how the software can automatically write-off hardship balances.

This presentation by Jane McNeil will last approximately 38 minutes with Q&A following (Total time 60 mins).
