“Cloud” has to be one of the most overused marketing terms around today. Everything is cloud, from backup to banking, software-as-a-service (SAAS) to platform-as-a-service (PAAS). TeamCloud! is hosted by Amazon.com, there are three datacenters in the US and four others around the globe. If one is destroyed, we can move TeamCloud! to another and be back up and running in as little as a few hours.
Minimize update downtime. We do all the updates for TeamCloud! in the evenings and on weekends so we are affecting your workday as little as possible.
24/7 Support. If something hinders your access, we are likely already working on the issue. We monitor TeamCloud! every 60 seconds and if it becomes unavailable, we are notified 24/7. But you can call anytime there is a service outage and get a status update.
