Forms, Printing Reports

btnprinter.gif Many forms will also have a Print button which is used to print forms, reports or other activities associated with the record you have selected. Several common functions are listed following.

Form Letter

Allows the user to select, edit and print a Form Letter with selected fields filled in.

Envelope

Prints an Envelope.

Shipping Label

Prints a Shipping Label.

Clipboard

Copies the Name, Address and Phone numbers to the clipboard. You can then paste the text into another application, such as your word processor.

Send To

eMail Address

Opens your email client, and creates an email to the Physician. You can then enter the body of the email and send it .

Task List

Creates a task for this Physician, allowing your to follow-up with this Physician at some future date.

Internet Map

Opens your web browser positioned to the Yahoo map location of this Physician.
