
The heart of any grid is to select, add, delete and edit the items it contains. You can use the following functions.
Edit Buttons, Shortcut Keys and Menu options: You can add, delete and edit a record by clicking a button, pressing a shortcut key or using the following menu options:

New Record |
Adds a new record to the dataset. New Physicians are added with the Physician form and new Items with the Item form, etc. |

Delete Record |
Deletes the currently selected record. You will get a confirmation dialog to give you a second chance before you delete anything. |

Edit Record |
Edits the current record with the edit window of the record. |
|
Refresh Grid |
Closes the current dataset and refreshes the dataset to include any changes made by other users. |
|
Add New Wizard |
Adds a new record using the wizard form of the record. |
