Vertical Scrollbar

This component is used to show you where you are in the database. If the Indicator button is close to the top of the scrollbar, then you are at the top of the dataset, if the Indicator button is at the bottom or in the middle, then you are relatively positioned within the dataset.

In addition to the previous buttons, keys and menu options, you can also use the vertical scrollbar to move to another record.

imgscrollup.gif Click the Up button at the top of the scrollbar to scroll up one record.

imgscrolldown.gif Click the Down button at the bottom of the scrollbar to scroll down one record.

Click above the Indicator button to scroll to the prior page.

Click below the Indicator button to scroll to the next page.

You can also move within the grid by “grabbing” the Indicator button by holding down a left click on the Indicator button and moving it up or down.

Horizontal Scrollbar

This component is used to show you that there are more columns available than can be displayed at one time. If there are no additional columns, the horizontal scrollbar will disappear.

imgscrollleft.gif Click the Left button at the left of the scrollbar to scroll left one column.

imgscrollright.gif Click the Right button at the right of the scrollbar to scroll right one column .

Click left of the Indicator button to scroll to the first column.

Click right of the Indicator button to scroll to the last column.

You can also move within the grid by “grabbing” the Position Indicator button by holding down a left click on the Indicator button and moving it left or right.
