Most problems can be solved with the Online Help http://help.teamdme.com/, the User Guide, or the README.TXT file. If you have a problem that cannot be solved using the documentation, do the following:
Prepare: Write down your exact problem. Include the following information:
1. The version and revision of your current program, copy and the version numbers of your operating systems: Windows, and any additional products you are using.
2. Your computer name and model, as well as the model and manufacturer of any additional hardware (expanded memory boards, special video cards, tape drives, optical drives, etc.).
3. The wording of any error messages from this program, or any other application involved with the problem.
Determine if you can consistently reproduce the problem. Determine if the problem has occurred
previously. If the problem is new, determine if you may have changed your computer configuration recently.
Call our Technical Support staff if you have a problem that requires immediate assistance. The phone number is located on the TeamDME! splash screen. When calling, please call from a phone next to your computer and have your notes ready.
