The Documentation tab identifies the documentation from the Vendor which may support this Item, or the documentation you want to provide when setting up, or servicing the Item.
| Brochure, User Manual, Service Manual and Warranty Documentation | The URL (web address) where you can find this documentation.
Note: When the user clicks on the URL, your browser will be opened to this web page. |
| Usage Instructions | The name of the document (rich-text or RTF) you want to print along with the Delivery Ticket for this item.
The Usage Instructions identifies the form letter that should be printed when this item is delivered to the patient. It is normally the instructions that describe how the item should be installed, setup and used by the patient. It may also contain any warnings or problems the patient may encounter while using the product. Note: Different items require different Setup and Usage instructions. You would create a Usage document for each type of product you provide. Then selecting the document here will cause it to automatically print with the Delivery Ticket, so the Delivery Technician does not need to find or remember what goes with what equipment. |
| Service Form | The Service form identifies the form letter that should be printed when the item needs to be serviced by your service person. This may include a checklist of items the service person should check for the item or may be a list of questions to be asked of the patient. |
