This calculates and prints a report of the anticipated depreciation for the month. Depreciation is calculated based on the date an Item is Placed-In-Service. The Placed-In-Service date is populated when an Item is first placed with a patient using the DOS on the Order.

Note: If depreciation has not been done for a few months and needs to be “caught up”, you may calculate and post for each month until you are current. The system will not over-calculate depreciation.
