This form allows you to easily calculate the Units to bill based on the quantity of product provided.
| Hours per Day | Number of hours per day the Patient is expected to take nutrition. |
| Days per Month | Number of Days in the current month. Example January=31, February=28/29, etc. |
| Milliliters, Ounces | Number of ml/oz in Can/Carton. |
| Calories | Number of calories contained in the Can/Carton. |
| Frequency | Number of ml/oz/calories per hour, or per day. You will enter the single value which the physician has prescribed, and the system will calculate all other values. |
| Units | Displays the number of units to be billed. |
| Cans/Cartons | Displays the number of cans or cartons to provide to customer. |
TIP: Once you have calculated the correct quantity to provide and the number of units to bill, you can insert these values in the Order, by clicking OK.
