The icon and the color of the grid indicate the shipping status of the Order. The following shows you what each icon/color mean.

Indicates an open order. |

 Green |
Indicates a partial shipment, with additional items backordered. |
 |
 Aqua |
Indicates a complete shipment. This could be an initial order or the completion of a backorder. |
 |
 Gray |
Indicates an order with no items on order. This normally would be an order for which some items were shipped and the user removed the backordered items later. |
 |
 Red |
Indicates an order which has no line items associated with it. |
| Silver |
Indicates an order which has pickup line items associated with it. |
