The icon and the color of the grid indicate the shipping status of the Quote. The following shows you what each icon/color mean.

Indicates an open quote. |

Indicates a partial approval, with additional items back-quoted. |

Indicates a complete approval. This could be an initial quote or the completion of a back-quote. |

Indicates a quote with no items on quote. This normally would be a quote for which some items were approved and the user removed the back-quoted items later. |
|
|
|
Indicates a quote which has no line items associated with it. |
