Name, Address, Phone and Fax number	Referral’s information.
Contact Name	The person to contact for this referral.
eMail	The email address for the referral or contact.
Salesperson	The salesperson associated with this referral.
Group	The Group associated with this referral.
Active	Checked is active Unchecked is inactive
Person	Checked, if referral is a person Unchecked, if other than a person
Referral ID	The ID number for the referral. This will default to the referral sort name, but can be changed if needed.
