How are Physical Counts calculated?

Inventory comes in and goes out on a daily basis. TeamDME! XL makes doing a physical count easy and practical. When doing a physical count, TeamDME! XL will retrieve the quantity on-hand from your item history. Doing this means that you do not have to stop your normal everyday operations in order to do an accurate physical count.

The physical count edit screen field. In this field you will enter the date the inventory was counted. When your physical counts are posted, TeamDME! XL will retrieve the proper counts as of that date and adjust appropriately. For this reason, your physical counts may not be the same as your quantity on hand.
