This posts the physical counts entered and changes the item on-hand quantities to the count quantity. Choose the date you wish to show as your posting date and click OK.
When your physical counts are posted, TeamDME! XL will retrieve the system counts as of that date and adjust appropriately.
Note: Physical counts should be done during a period when nothing is being done to change the quantity (after normal working hours). However entering the counts and posting them, does not have to be done before work continues the next business day. You can enter the counts when convenient, then post them using a Posting Date of the Count date will change the computer Quantity Onhand to the Counted quantity as of the Posting date.
