TeamDME’s delivery ticket can be customized in a number of ways.

In the \Reports\User directory, there are 3 rtf files that can be populated. If all conditions are met, then all three rtf files will print.

DeliveryTicketAll.rtf – This prints at the bottom of all delivery tickets.

DeliveryTicketPurchase.rtf – This prints at the bottom of delivery tickets with purchase items attached.

DeliveryTicketRental – This prints at the bottom of delivery tickets with rental items attached.

A comment can be added to each line item by using the note type "DTC". You may have as many note types as you would like on each line item. Note: If a "DTC" comment is entered on the order header, it will print at the end of the delivery ticket.

Patient directions will print on the bottom of the delivery ticket.

Any shipping comments entered will print on the bottom of the delivery ticket.

Usage Instructions. If you have entered any usage instructions in your inventory item, then these forms will print as a separate page on the delivery ticket. Usage instructions should be placed in the \Reports\Inventory\Setup directory.

Patient rights and responsibilities. In the \Reports\User directory, there is a file called "PatientRightsAndResponsibilities.rtf. This will print on the back of your delivery ticket. Note: If you do not want this to print, then delete or rename this file.
